Reading the plan and the fuel log.
Made a mistake? Tap retract on the row — it stays visible, struck through, with your name and reason. A refuel = name + gallons into that gen + its hour meter. The drum check = name + both drum levels (0 for an empty drum). Blank fields are fine. Fill tanks to full each pour — then the pour size is exactly the fuel burned since the last fill. Meter = the run-hours odometer on the gen screen; copy it as-is. Every entry is a git commit — typo fixes happen via the GitHub pencil.
Teal line = running estimate (deliveries in, pours out). Diamonds = the hand-counted drum levels that re-anchor it. Dashed = if the current measured burn continues and planned deliveries land, fuel on hand through 9/7. Red segments = below zero.
Each bar = gallons poured into the generators that calendar day. Plan = what the model expects them to drink; gen 1 + gen 2 stack to the real total. Tap a bar for that day’s notes.
Plan line = committed data/*.csv at page load. Fuel log = data/reality.csv (mirrored to the backup sheet). Projection-page whiteboards never appear here.
