Reading the plan and the fuel log.

Gray line: the plan.
Teal line: our best estimate of fuel on hand. It starts at the first drum check, goes up when a delivery is logged and down when fuel is poured into a generator.
Teal diamonds: drum levels someone actually measured (each drum check entry). Each one resets the estimate to the measured level from that moment on. None yet = no drum check logged.
Amber dashed line: if the current measured burn continues and planned deliveries land, this is the expected fuel on hand through 9/7. Red where it goes below zero.
Red dotted line along the bottom: the fuel floor, the level we never want to go below.
Gray bar: what the plan expects the generators to need that day.
Blue and pink bars: gallons actually poured into gen 1 and gen 2 that day. Stacked, they make the day’s real total.

Plan line = committed data/*.csv at page load. Fuel log = data/reality.csv (mirrored to the backup sheet). Projection-page whiteboards never appear here.
